ghost series

This group of mixed-media on paper images is from “Ghost Series”, started summer 2007. It deals with photos of real people made to look like ghosts as well as what is termed “spirit photography”, which are supposedly photographs of real ghosts. I wanted to blur the line between the two since photography is often used to show “physical” evidence of spirits. So this series begs the question, “Can a spirit be proven to exist with only a photograph?” |
